We are excited to let you know that beginning today, we will be updating the Riot Games logo with a new look across all touchpoints. This will be followed by an expanded Riot Games brand design system that will be rolled out across Riot-branded touchpoints throughout 2022. These visual updates don’t change our mission or purpose, which remains aspiring to be the most player-focused game company in the world while making it better to be a player.
As Riot enters its second decade, we felt the timing was right to update and expand the Riot Games visual system to set us up for success long-term. The change to the logo was an output of building a more cohesive visual system including the creation of additional unique assets (like typography) that will help players recognize us more easily where we show up. While we made the wordmark a bit more modern, we wanted to retain the original spirit of the fist and make it clear that Riot GAMES remain at our core.
All of the updated Riot Games’ logos and additional assets can be downloaded from the newly launched media page, www.riotgamesmedia.com. Please log in and create an account to access these new assets for editorial use.
The site is designed to be an all-encompassing resource for the press. The platform features pages for each of our games, entertainment division, Riot Forge as well as a corporate page for all your Riot Games news and information. In addition, the site will include releases, assets (video, images, key art, adobe sparks), boilerplates for each product, executive bios, and will also include fact sheets for each game soon. Once you’ve signed up for your account you will be able to access the site at any time and also receive alerts when new updates have been made to the site.
